Greenwich Mean Time

           Today in class we discussed the difference it would have made if we were to tell time differently. It would be so strange to tell time in a different way because we are so used to writing it one way that writing it another way would be crazy! The other way is called the Greenwich Mean Time. This is a way of telling time where the whole earth would have the same time. I you go to another country, it is not the same timezone as your homeland. If we all had the same time, then if we said it was 4 am here and in china, it would be two totally different times of the day. This would get too confusing. We also discussed how time would be different if we would have made it now a days. It most likely would be much more complicated because that is how things are now a days. Personally, I like how time is now a days because of how simple it is. This makes life a lot easier.
